"The whole stay was pleasant, but the check-in and check out was a mess.Because of using Vrbo, they spent some time to find out our name/booking/reservation.At the time of check out, even being a pre-paid reservation, they charged me once again, I spent 30 minutes trying to explain and prove that already paid for the stay.Incredible!"

"Quoted one price one VRBO then when we got our confirmation they let us know they will collect another $48 per night resort fee when we checked in. The place is out dated and not worth the money. We switched after night one to a private condo for less per night that was MUCH better."
