"Incredible staff. Shout out to Maddy for being amazingly kind to our toddler. We had low expectations based on the price point, but the thoughtful and elevated design left us feeling like this is our favorite hotel chain (along with Hotel Zed). Highly recommend!"

"Love the location, staff and ambiance! Free coffee in the morning and complimentary beer at 5pm is great. Valet is awesome! Only downside is only one working elevator so sometimes you wait a bit. Will return as always!"

"This Hotel is a real gem! It is very close to the airport, has a dedicated shuttle, which operates around the clock, and well appointed rooms. My room had a coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and ample outlets for charging multiple electronic devices.Although it does not have a restaurant, there are several very close within walking distance. Check-in was fast, and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I come to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here."
