Overall I liked my stay. The beds are comfy. We had a queen suite, so our room was huge with a shower/tub combo. The pool area was clean and love that it was indoors. There was also a little breakfast buffet with limited hours. I will stay here again.

Rented the room for my birthday the hubby and I had a blast. My brother and sister in-law also rented a room down the hall. The staff let my mom in to decorate my room as a birthday surprise without me knowing. It was precious front counter even furnished a cute cupcake cup necklace and card. Best place to stay in Hobbs. Only one that will keep up with keeping their pool clean as well

The door key wouldn't work. I got it reset, still didn't work. Third time the clerk came up to my room and had to repeatedly insert the key to get the door to open. I had the same issue when I came back later that night. The tv never worked, said "no signal." I asked for a receipt but the front desk person couldn't log into the computer. She said she called her manager who "had to get dressed to come in to log her back in." I couldn't wait. Said she would email me the receipt, which 14 hours later, I still haven't received. Breakfast was Mexican food spicy - eggs, gravy, etc. Tried a bagel and the cream cheese was gross.

We like the space and how it has a mini living room apart from the beds. My kids have space to run around and also double tv so u can watch anything you want in bed space or living room space.

When we checked in, we had to wait a long time and the lady was short and didn't give us any information. The room stunk like dirty dog. I had a tick get on me when I sat on the couch. Room was supposed to be sound proof but we had a baby next door crying all hours. Room was not as pictured. Alot of items in the room were broken or missing. The tv infront of the couch wouldn't work, it said no signal. The elevator was HOT. If you wanted in the pool area you had to get the front desk person to let you in. When we complained the next day, to the same staff member who had checked us in the previous day said she couldn't do anything about it and we would have to talk to the manager the next day. That was the day we were leaving so what was the point? We will not be back.
A chair was supposed to be here in the corner.
