"Love the pool area"

"Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....

"My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for several days while our house was being worked on. The house was quiet, clean and cozy, and the wifi worked great for multiple work meetings. Kimberly was immediately responsive when we locked ourselves out the first day and also when we needed to extend our stay. I highly recommend renting the Coco Cottage!"

"Stayed with extended family (ages 8 to 80+) for a milestone birthday celebration. Everyone loved it! It’s always complicated to get a group of 15-20 people together for a week, but Gardens at Bathtub Beach accommodated us quite nicely. Importantly, the property manager was super-responsive as questions and minor issues inevitably came up throughout the week. Silver fish spotted in the bedroom top floor No removable shower head except in Master Sand fleas but thats part of being at the beach Bathroom vents need to be dusted/cleaned However with those few con’s we still rate it a 5 star due to the endless amenities and tons of quality linens! The location was also great for us! We truly enjoyed our stay and we will do it again! Thank you!!"
