"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort.
As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing.
The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros.
This wasn't mentioned at check-in / booking and makes very little sense for Expedia customers who may have pre-paid their room.

" I cannot express enough the attention to detail this property executes to each guest! The staff strives to know you, check with you, & strive to do whatever they can for you.
