"We had a great stay at citizenM Rotterdam! The hotel is right beside the Rotterdam Blaak station, so transportation was a breeze. Seamless self check-in, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Loved the ability to borrow bikes, and the bar made some excellent cocktails. The rooms are small as pictured (no surprises there) so best suited for a single person or a couple. The room controls were super easy to use and we slept great (the blackout blinds were TOO good, we ended up sleeping in super late one day!). We would definitely stay again!"

"It was easy to find this hotel from Centraal Station, less than 5 minutes walk. I found the staff friendly and welcoming with check in smooth and efficient. I stayed in the Candy Room which was small but comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. If you don't like stairs don't choose this room as there is a fairly steep flight of stairs up to it. The advantage being there is only one room at the top so it is very quiet and has it's own en suite. Breakfast was buffet style and the usual selection of pastries, cereals, yogurt, eggs and meats, coffee, tea and fruit juice. I liked the quirky decor and feel of this hotel which was relaxed and friendly and would certainly stay there again."
