6/10 Okay

"Waited an hour in line for check in because we booked through Expedia. Was also told I could not get the first responder discount because I booked through Expedia. Was given a lot of misinformation at check in. I had booked the ultimate food and fun pass for 5 but only 4 of us went. Was told at check in that the extra one could be taken off only to be charged AGAIN the next day. When I asked why I was told to just come to the front desk and insert my card to take care of the balance. Was also told that the $100/night incidental fee was available to be spent on the account when it was not. The food is expensive and the portions are small. Drinks are expensive and non refillable unless you buy the expensive plastic cups."

"I realized they gave me a master key when I entered the wrong room. I immediately went to the front desk. They were aware they gave me a key that allowed me to enter all the rooms in the hotel. They told me just use it for my room and not enter any other rooms. The next morning, I told the front desk about the master key since there were different staff at the desk. Again I was told that they were aware. That it was just like the key the cleaning staff used. They said that the maintenance person wasn’t in and that was the only way I could enter my room. They did not appear to be fully booked. Not sure why they didn’t move me to another room. The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"Very bare bones, no amenities provided very odd especially for an extended stay. Only a bar of soap, a travel sized shampoo that had water stains like it had been there between guests, and a single disposable cup. No coffee maker, no flatware, no paper towels. The alarm clock was sticky and the shelf above the toiler with the hand towels and was rags was dusty. There was minor sheet rock damage and the TV had some kind of burn in discoloration, it looks like it may have been recently remodeled, but some of the equipment was not replaced. It was acceptably clean and didn't smell bad, but I wouldn't come back again, especially for anything longer than a single night. There are several places in the area that are only a few dollars more that provide what you would expect."
