"I found the staff less than friendly and discourteous. Starting with the check in clerk who was clearly not ready to assist for a check in, was less than helpful and curt. When another clerk asked what she was doing, she said, I got it, and co tinged to do what she was doing rather than check us in. When we were leaving to drop the key off, another clerk let people cut in line to drop off their keys and when it was our turn, she was curt and unfriendly.
The shower in our room was not operating properly. It needed adjusting because it was spraying water all over outside the shower."
