The front desk staff was knowledgable and friendly, advising us on everything from U-Bahn tickets to umbrella rentals to cab rides to the airport. Even before we arrived, Elsabeth had organized a steamer for us so we could treat bridemaids dresses for a wedding after a long flight from America. Highly recommend!"
