"This Hotel aims to have no staff so the question above about staff is a bit difficult to answer. I was a little anxious about having to check in using the electronic communication. It turned out fine. The location was very good for our visit. There is an excellent bus service to the historic town. The area is very handy for going for lovely walks in natural settings. The room rather compact for two people, with one person hard against the wall. But otherwise, the facilities and room were excellent."

"If you are visiting Sigmaringen this is where you have to stay. Beautifully renovated hotel with the best views of the castle. Staff is welcoming and helpful, nice breakfast, spacious, pretty and modern rooms with A/C. Front desk offered a candy bar to guests and mini ice creams at check-in. But the terrasse with views of the castle steal the show. Must stay! "

"Rude staff, no parking available when arrived. Given single room when I had booked a double room. Poorest service ever. Please see photo attached if room received before having to complain to hotel to get the room I should have received originally. Not what I expect when booking through Expedia"
