"Was very disappointed to walk in and discover the common areas reeked of cigarette smoke. After contacting the host they agreed to send the cleaner back who left a passive-aggressive note telling us she had cleaned thoroughly already. The rest of the rooms were decent but left much to be desired. The linens were dingy.The location is great. Short walk to the main areas and next to transit to the rest of the Wachau Valley."

"Place is really nice to stay, surrounding by vineyards. Whole apartment is accomodate, clean and new. But few things we were missing - trash can, there was only one garabage can behind the apartment, which was full. And no trash can even on toilet or kitchen. Also no extra toilet paper, soup for hand and dishwasher tablets. They also advertise - wine menu and appricot juice, but on bottle price for wine was unereadable and juice was missing. During the sitting on tearacce we can not find light. But neverthless still it was amazing stay."

"Great location on the edge of downtown Melk so out of heavy traffic. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and enough to kickoff the day. Room as expected and due to high temperatures (>95°F), they had a cooling fan as well explained how to use the awnings to aid in cooling. Can't acknowledge that the staff was superb and attentive. Worth a visit"
