"ホテル自体の古さは感じるものの、清潔に保たれており、またスタッフの方々はフレンドリーで気遣いもしていただき、非常に満足出来ました。"

"The hotel was clean the staff was amazing.."

"清潔な部屋とスタッフの対応力は素晴らしいかったです。ただ一点、無料レンタルの自転車が整備されておらず、走行中にチェーンが外れる、タイヤのゆがみなど、多々問題ありでした！"

"Muy bien servicio excelente desayuno y la ubicación perfecta."

"The staff was superb and they made my stay perfect"

"This was my fourth stay at La Siesta and as always it was wonderful. Special thanks to all the staff for their great care and wonderful smiles. Very tasty food in all the restaurants and a new coffee and pizza cafe has also been added. The property is always very clean and beautifully maintained. Thanks again to all. I will be back."

"They switched our room based off our own misunderstanding without any hassle. When we needed laundry done with a quick turnaround, they got it done quicker than they promised. Every drink we got from their bar was super well done and service throughout was thoughtful and patient. It was a lovely experience."

"The hotel is in an excellent location and provides everything you need and more. The real highlight of this hotel is the exceptional staff who go above and beyond to help. The breakfast offered is excellent and offers a wide variety of options, suitable for everyone. The pool is beautiful and offers comfortable sun loungers and hotel beach-towels. Bikes are available to borrow from the hotel for free. I would recommend booking excursions through the hotel reception as this was the cheapest...

"Great happy hour and offers."

"A mere one-night stay in Hoi An, yet the emotions felt so raw and complete. Staying right in the old town meant the breathtaking sunset and the vibrant night vibe were just steps away. To top off this deeply local experience, the hotel restaurant served a meal bursting with true Vietnamese heritage, letting us savor the local taste effortlessly."

"Great hotel, shame about building work opposite spoiling the view."

"スタッフの対応が親切で良かった。"

"Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, yên tĩnh. Nằm ngay sát trung tâm, đầy đủ tiện ích, bên dưới có vintage taste deli cafe."

"The room was super clean. From the floor, linens, shower, pool etc. The staff went above and beyond and were super helpful. The architecture was beautiful, I don’t have any bad things to say."

"The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful and it's perfectly located to visit old town. The pool lounges look limited in the photo however I had no troubles finding somewhere to sit (I visited in September). I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it's even better in real life than online."

"There are kind employees and great location to the Hoian Ancient Town."
