"For the price paid, it's quite a steal!
It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo)
A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage."

"１週間お借りしたのですが、途中で１度タオル・シーツの交換や清掃に入ってくださり、とてもありがたかったです。
またお風呂場に浴室乾燥がついており、外出中に洗濯を干しておけば乾くのもとても良かったです。
１Fも２Fも畳で、部屋が広々としていて、のんびりくつろぐことができました。
場所は９号線の前なので、車の音は多少気になりますが、30秒でスーパーやコンビニと立地も良いですし、駅までも歩いて10分かからないので、食事にも困りませんでした。
次回また来る時はお借りしたいなと思える物件でした。ありがとうございました。"
