Rooms is clean and comfy. The Onsen is okay, just too many people go for Onsen at night time. Breakfast is good and lots of choice. This hotel is good for family with kids. Parking spaces is not enough.

<良かった点> ・ロビースタッフ、レストランスタッフの対応が良く、好印象でした。 ・レストラン会場にトレーを乗せるカートがあって助かった。 <気になった点> ・部屋が下水臭かった…元は古い施設なので仕方ないですが💦 ・部屋の水を入れるボトルが濡れてる状態で準備されててこれは？前のまま？洗ったのか？と気になった。 ・スタッフさんによるかもしれないですが、23時にお風呂が終わりますが、休憩スペースの椅子に座ってたら何も声かけられず電気を消された。 ・朝、お風呂の休憩スペースのドリンクサービスがない。 ・ロビー横のお土産屋さんが、チェックアウトの時間帯にやってない。 ・通常ラウンジ、エグゼクティブラウンジの差がそこまでなく、せめて次の日の朝もエグゼクティブの方は開けた方が、それを選ぶメリットがある。 ・連泊してる人がいる場合は、チェックアウト後からチェックインの時間帯までは、ホテルで何もできないので外で過ごすしかない？ ・夜お風呂で吐いた子の場所が、掃除しているとは思いますが、次の日の朝もそのまま養生されてて、ちゃんと掃除してるのかな？と思った。

子供向けの施設を謳っているだけあって、夏休みは子供連れで賑わっていました。 子供連れには良いのかもしれませんが、チェックイン待ちのロビーが子供だらけで、うるさい。 フリーの待機スペースで、アルコールもフリーで飲めるのはありがたかったけど、ここも子供だらけでゆっくりできない。 せめて子連れスペース、そうでない方向けのスペースを分けて欲しい。 小さな子供のいる家族には良いホテルでしたが、大人向けではなかったかな。 施設はとても良かっただけに、ちょっと残念に感じました。
