This home is unique because it is specially set up for short term rentals in mind. Games, books, toys, dishes, linens, the list goes on and on! If you need it, we most likely have it for you. And, if we don't just ask we want to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Our property is quiet and serene with birds chirping as you sit on the deck with your favorite people. Sip your coffee on the deck as your little ones play on the swing set, bocce ball, or croquet.

If you want to stay in for the evening you might choose to sit by the campfire and roast a marshmallow for a smore (or two) and look up at the bright stars. If you want more activity we are walking distance to live music every weekend.

Delicious food served at many local restaurants on the water or by vehicle. A list will be included in a house guide when you arrive.

Bring your charcoal because we have a charcoal grill for your use!

You can dock your boat with-in 3 blocks from our house. Fishing, boating, kayaking on Lake Holcombe. There may not be a better way to spend a weekend. We have 2 Kayaks are available for use.

You will have access to the home and backyard. This includes a backyard fire-pit, grill, 2 kayaks, 2 televisions.

Our home heating and cooling system is controlled by a thermostat. Comfortable because unit can be regulated for personal preference. There is also a heater located on the lower level that can be used if you want to make it even more cozy!
