"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

"We enjoyed the house. In winter when we were there, the pool takes a long time to heat. The attached spa takes less time but if the days & esp. the nights are below 60 both take a while to heat. We did get a few days of pleasant swimming once the pool heated up. Check in was easy. House is well equipped. We loved visiting parks in the Ocala area so the house is well situated for that. "A great place to stay if you plan to visit Homosassa. The property was clean and easy to access with boat slips (additional fee) and a private boat ramp. This property is furnished well and a perfect home base for Scalloping or Fishing. Frans was a great communicator and answered quickly. We will definitely be back!"

"Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. "Was a nice stay the home was clean and the neighborhood is nice we enjoyed the pool a lot the listing says hot tub it does not have a hot tub which was a bummer after a long trip there a hot tub would have been nice to relax in and the host never emailed me 24hrs upon my arrival on instruction when we I arrived I had to email when I was almost there and ask other for code to get in but host did response when I emailed never for the internet to connect to the tvs for some reason so couldn’t watch...

"Decent stay with lots of space! We rented this house for a scalloping weekend with family and we all had a great time. The ping pong table was our absolute favorite part of this rental and we had so many laughs in the entertainment room. The kitchen could use some better pans and restocking (there was no coffee, kitchen sponges, or extra trash bags) but overall it wasn't a bad place to stay for a short trip."
