Gorgeous south facing home only 20' from the water this home with live in apartment sleeps 12. Great for family gatherings with pool table, stone fireplace, two kitchens, two docks, firepit, outdoor patio and decks, immediate access to hiking trails and internet/tv there is something for everyone. Small boat launch on property (bring your own boat - motorized boats launched from Holderness launch). Kayaks, sailboat, paddle board use at your own risk. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Holderness center/Squam Lake Science Center/Walter's basin.
