"Can’t say enough good things about Rosetta, its excellent staff and superior food and ambience.
Nestled amidst a 100 acre coffee estate, this resort has high standards in guest experiences.
We had great breakfast, lunch and fantastic massages and scrub at the spa. They feed you non-stop at breakfast, lunch and high tea and you can work it off walking their beautiful property.
Minor feedback for the outdoor shower, which is fantastic, but doesn’t have soap nearby. The quality of toilet paper...

I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. They provided me already used and dirty blanket, bed sheets and pillow covers. It was clearly visible that they hadn't cleaned rooms after last...
