"As expected with “mama” hotels there was a lot to enjoy, the bar was great. We got an upgrade to “big mama” room which was spacious. Staff (as generally in Czechia) have a somewhat brusque/irritated manner but were mostly helpful. Restaurant hours were a bit erratic. Despite mild weather, the entire building was hot and bedroom was uncomfortably warm without aircon. Not in central/old Prague but it is easily accessed with a good walk or metro. "Myself and daughter had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable , great touch with a free bottle of wine. It was a fab location for our concert we were attending and was easy to get a tram or taxi to the town centre."

"The location of the hotel is very good and there was enough parking. The room was clean and spacious with a great AC which is needed in this hot summer period. "

"First, great location near park and Prague 7, a locals favorite. Nice receptionist. Room was ok but the bed was so soft you literally sink in like a foot.. woke up with a back ache. Smoke was coming into my room from the outside patio, so no fresh air from the park for me. Breakfast was bland - especially the coffee, i'd avoid drinking it all together. For the price you can get a lot better, maybe not Prague is tough .. hotels don't do improvements. "

"Stayed here as i was working at the nearby expo centre. The hotel is generic but comfortabe. The big bonus was the quality of the food in the restaurant. All home cooked and excellent, great value for money. Needless to say, breakfast was brilliant. The only downside is the hotel is very isolated. There is nothing going on around it."

"The place is really nice! Very spacious. Clean, the staff of super friendly, gave me a great recommendation for a literally the best restaurant! The only thing I think they could improve is there is a bathroom light that turns on automatically, it’s a sensor, it’s really annoying in the middle of the night. If you have to go, pee, and then the light turns on and wakes you up so much! I told the staff about it as well and hopefully they’ll get that changed because both my son and I not to be...

"Definitely one of the best hotel I've ever been. The room was very clean, nice breakfasts and such an excellent customer service. Just the pillow a bit uncomfortable but I would definitely book this hotel again "
