Palm Tree Villa was architect designed and rebuilt 12 years ago, it has undergone full refurbishment. The villa offers a perfect location for everything you want from your Barbados holiday.
Spacious living accommodation and outdoor private space provides a home from home feel that means your holiday starts as soon as you enter the property.
We have installed a pressurised water system and tank which allows you to enjoy a full shower even if the mains pressure is turned down on the island, during times of drought. The solar panels ensure hot water and the backup immersion heater supports them.

The villa is comfortably furnished in a relaxed, contemporary style. The main entrance door opens into the open-plan lounge/Kitchen with dining table to seat 8 and colonial rattan furniture. The separate TV lounge is equipped with a 50" smart TV, the whole house is supported with Wi-Fi. The lounge and TV room have hard wood floors. The lounge and kitchen has 2 air-conditioning units, 2 ceiling fans in the lounge and one in the TV lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, American style fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispenser. Place settings and glasses, including acrylic tumblers for use outside, for 8. A compact dishwasher and 17kg washing machine.
The ground floor features 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite) and a family shower room/wc. The unique 1st floor principal suite is reached by the hard wood stairs. A beautiful room with hard wood floor and vaulted 'pickled' ceiling creates a lovely spacious bedroom, with US King Size (UK Superking), bed. A large shower cubicle, w/c and marble, mirrored vanity area. The walk-in closet/dressing room has plenty of hanging and storage space and houses the personal safe for your valuables.
A spacious roof terrace, accessed from the principal suite was added in 2018, providing a private space for sunbathing and sundowners with a glimpse of the Caribbean.

Bedroom 2 has a lovely hardwood queen bed, (UK King) ensuite shower/wc, marble vanity unit with large mirror and built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 with queen bed (UK King) and built-in wardrobes, shares the family shower room & wc with Bedroom 4 which has a queen bed (UK King), wardrobe with drawer space and mirror.
All Bedrooms have full air conditioning & ceiling fans. There is a hairdryer and good supply of hangers in every room.

Outside an undercover terrace with table and comfy seating provides a lovely shaded area. The well maintained gardens enjoy year round colour. The rear garden is spacious and private. There are 6 full size loungers for use beside the pool. A waterfall into the pool switches on automatically, a seat within the pool is a good place to cool down. The pool is maintained twice weekly during your stay.
There is an outside shower and additional w/c beside the pool. Alongside the terrace there is a separate bar with sink and fridge. A four burner GrillPro Gas barbecue (gas provided), is located in the outdoor kitchen.

Included in your stay is membership of The Beach House, a lovely beach club situated on the beach, overlooking the Caribbean. Just 4 minutes walk away The Beach House has a members only pool with loungers and direct access to the beach. Next door is Drift, a contemporary lounge bar looking straight out over the ocean, the perfect setting for a sundowner (or two)!

From there a 3 minute walk takes you along the beach to Surfside Beach Bar, famous for it's 5 screen TV showing of live sport, a lively spot, a Barbados beach bar at its best.

Sandy Crest Medical Centre is 300 metres away and provides 24hr service. (Turn left out of Villa, it is at the end of Flamboyant Avenue).

With its excellent location on the prestigious Platinum West Coast, we are sure you will enjoy your stay at Palm Tree Villa. The beaches are beautiful, the people friendly and the restaurants superb. Have a great holiday!

For your security Palm Tree Villa has external security cameras. These are located on the external villa walls and cover all aspects of the garden including the roof terrace and pool area. No cameras are operated inside the villa. Cameras record to an internal device which is only accessible by the owners and all recordings are overwritten on a 24 hour basis.

Palm Tree Villa

Had a great stay in Barbados. The villa was excellent, great location. The villa was clean and as advertised. The only negative is the dish washer needs updating, it did work. I would stay at Palm Tree Villa again.

Just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Barbados staying at Palm Tree Villa. Beautiful Villa which is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Perfect location for shops and restaurants and Holetown beach where you can swim with stingrays close to the beach, Bus stop is very close so you can explore the island on the reggae buses. But equally lots of taxis available. Can’t wait to return

Palm Tree Villa - You've been amazing

Such a perfect villa in a fantastic location. This villa has catered for everything you could possible need. We have had a fabulous holiday, wonderful memories made. Perfect Holiday in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. We had a smooth check in and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is brilliant - a large supermarket is a few minutes walk away, as well as some local restaurants and bars. Access to the beach club is a wonderful bonus. We would recommend Palm Tree Villa as a great place to stay in Barbados.

Fantastic Stay at Palm Villa

Our family had a fantastic stay at Palm Villa. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The exterior space was beautiful and we loved spending our mornings by the pool before heading off to the beach. The location is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well with us leading up to our stay. We can’t wait to return.

Retirement celebration at Palm Tree Villa

Fabulous stay at Palm Tree Villa in Holetown. Villa has everything out party needed. Sadly didn’t get to use the fantastic outside kitchen. Communication with hosts amazing, maintenance issues dealt with promptly, service staff excellent. Wonderful base, close to beaches and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely villa in perfect Holetown location

My partner, friends and I had a fabulous week in this lovely villa, which is situated in Holetown within a five minute walk of the gorgeous beach. There are also some lovely restaurants, cafés and amenities in the area. We wanted for nothing during our stay and enjoyed taking dips in the small swimming pool, sunbathing in the garden as well as cooling down inside with the air conditioning mercifully running. Communication with the host and manager (not to mention the fabulous housekeeper Sandra) was always quick and easy. I would recommend this stay without question.

Best Time in Barbados

Our vacation in Barbados was wonderful. The owners, Jules and Michael, we’re warm and welcoming with excellent information well prior to our arrival on island. The villa was beautiful, well maintained, user friendly, and comfortable. We were also in an excellent location for walking to the beach, groceries, dinning, shopping and entertainment. The property manager and staff were also very helpful. Our family looks forward to returning to Barbados and Palm Tree Villa, and we will recommend highly to others. Fantastic family accommodation

Lovely property which for our family of 6 adults & 1 infant worked really well. The BBQ & pool were really good & allowed us to have some really great family time whilst our baby needed to be in house. Location is great, with a wide range of restaurants to suit pocket & style. Only negative for area was high cost of taxis. They charge per person & not vehicle so a 5km trip was costing 50 US. Thanks Michael & Jules for excellent help & communication.

Perfect villa in a perfect location

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Communication with the owners was nothing short of excellent. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. As a family of 6 with an infant it was perfect for us. We didn’t use the beach house as we had everything we needed at the villa. The house management and maintenance staff were also very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday home on the west coast. We all had a fabulous time. Thank you Michael and Jules

Excellent host and accommodation

This property is well appointed in a great location. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is comfortable furnishings and beds for upto 8 adults. There is a very pleasant garden and plunge pool ideal for cooling off. The local beach is only a couple of minutes walk as is the beach club with its changing rooms toilets and sun beds. There are an array of shops bars and restaurants all within a very short walk of the property. There is also a very good supermarket very close by as well as a medical centre. It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location and a car is not necessary- however there is ample parking too at the villa too! Michael and Jules have been terrific hosts and the local team manage the property to a high standard. We had a great family holiday at the villa and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the villa.

Magnificent!

I don’t know where to start with this property. It is absolutely beautiful, I actually don’t think the pictures do it justice. It immediately felt like home, it had everything we could possibly need. Communication from Michael and Jules was wonderful, they were very attentive and made sure that they were able to meet our individual needs. We travelled with a 8 month old and they ensured that we had a suitable cot for her. In addition, we were unaware that it was a bank holiday the day after we arrived, which meant we’d be unable to buy food from the supermarket, so the hosts arranged for essential food items to be waiting for us on arrival. I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for this. Both the house manager and housekeepers were just as lovely and attentive, everyone we came into contact with with regards to this booking was absolutely wonderful. The location of the villa is so close to bars, restaurants and shops and was just perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and I’m just sad our trip wasn’t longer.

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time in a great villa. All rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were clean and of a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped but a tad bit old. The villa had a big garden und a lovely pool area. We loved it there and would return any time to have another vacation.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Location and First Class Hosts

Pine Tree Villa really exceeded our expectations, which were already high! The villa (including its lovely garden, pool and outside areas) is beautiful with everything you could need and many additional extras and nice touches (travel adaptors, hairdryers in each room etc ) that in many ways make it feel more like a five star hotel than a self catering holiday. The location is perfect with beautiful beaches a two minute walk from the villa, the supermarket a five minute walk and a bus stop just behind the villa to take you pretty much anywhere on the island you want to go. Fabulous restaurants and bars on the doorstep too. Jules and Michael were incredibly helpful with first class communication from the minute we booked to our final day when they wished us safe travels home. I’d be back in Pine Tree Villa in a heartbeat!

This was our second stay at Palm Villa and we had another fantastic time. The villa and all of its amenities were great. We had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond by installing an additional security lock in advance of our arrival when we shared concerns about our younger daughter leaving the villa over night. Best Holiday in Palm Tree Villa

Palm Tree Villa is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The whole experience of booking and dealing with Jules was exceptional. We had our flights cancelled due to a hurricane and there was a lot of back & forth to sort this all out and not loose out on our holiday. Thank you for your patience Jules! We didn't get to meet the property manager but they were in contact via WhatsApp if we had needed them. There is a concise manual in the villa which tells you everything you need to know for trips, restaurants, beaches, taxi & buses. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay & the air-con is a welcome relief. All the beds are fantastic & comfy, lovely big American style ones. Got to watch Wimbledon on their TV which was a pleasant surprise for me! The outside space is great and the pool is ideal to pop in and out of from the heat. The location a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket & the beach club (which they have passes for in the villa). Thank you Jules and Michael, you have a beautiful home in Barbados.
