On entering Sugar Hill, you will step into an oasis of beauty. Surrounded by over 50 acres of manicured gardens with majestic swaying palm trees, tropical birds, tree frogs, geckos, parrots and even green monkeys habitat this delightful environment.

The main focal point is the Clubhouse, with an amazing infinity pool and popular restaurant ‘The Deck’. This fabulous setting overlooking the West coast, is perfect for that sundowner. Facilities on site and available to our guests, include 2 fabulous pools, gym, 4 floodlit tennis courts, a small convenience store, a restaurant and 24hr security. December 2025 saw the launch of 2 padel courts( these are on a pay as you go basis)
The second of the pools is very close to our apartment.

This fabulous environment is the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the beach or exploring.

As hard as it may be to leave the beautiful pools, our owners Beach Club Membership is available for our guests to use at the 5* Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel less than 4 mins drive away.

Holetown, is Ideally situated 5 minutes away by car, with an abundance of restaurants to suit any budget. Supermarket, banks, cinema, medical centre, shops, designer shopping and local crafts. Speightstown, is less than 10 mins by car away with fabulous eateries/bars. In fact our coastline is scattered with some wonderful bars and restaurants. Car hire/taxis are highly recommended!

In our opinion, the most impressive aspect of our apartment, is the private outside living space. With sumptuous furniture providing ultimate comfort and total relaxation. The large, renovated private roof terrace, has two sun beds, sofa, table and chairs. It really is the ideal place to be for relaxing and as daylight fades, for watching the amazing sunsets over the distant sea views with a sun downer, or even star gazing, pure bliss!

The covered lower terrace, over looking the pool and gardens, allows you to enjoy lunch or candlelit dining, with additional comfortable chairs for reading/relaxation and 2 external fans for your comfort.

Our refurbished apartment, and indeed our second home, is extremely well equipped for the rental market. Mosquito netting has been installed to all external doors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need, an oven, brand new Smeg fridge freezer, a new dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen leads to the delightful lounge area with 2 sofas. Samsung flat screen TV with local and international programmes, with the addition of a Fire stick providing Prime TV, live sport and video on demand. Ceiling fan and AC unit has been installed here to help with the summer heat.

Completely renovated bathroom with a quality walk in shower. Luxury cotton towels. Pool/beach towels, beach parasols, cooler and 2 portable lightweight beach chairs are also available.

The fabulous bedroom with a brand new US king size bed/mattress (2024/26 ) lots of storage, hair dryers/straighteners, mirror. It has an AC unit and ceiling fan for those warm tropical nights. Housekeeping is included on stays over 7 nights. Additional visit's can be arranged and these are payable by guests locally.

Barbados is known for its wonderful beaches and fabulous people. Our upgraded apartment, with modern conveniences, will give you the opportunity to truly explore all aspects of this wonderful Island with the flexibility of apartment living in beautiful surroundings.

** Please note our apartment, as per our house rules, is strictly NO smoking/vaping inside or outside on any of our terraces. Thank you!

**Our apartment is one level up from ground floor. This is accessed by a wide communal stairway approx 20 steps.( NO lift/elevator) Once in the apartment this is one level and then there is a further stairway that leads to the private roof terrace.

**We highly recommend car hire/taxis for getting around.

** Sugar Hill offer a shuttle service to Holetown/Beach club certain times of the day. This is payable by guests direct to the supplier and booking with reception 24 hours before.

**Only those persons named in the booking can stay in the apartment. Max 2 adults.
