"Glorious beach, incredible water! The views!!! This was our second time at the Fairmont Royal Pavillion and will absolutely not be the last. Housekeeping staff were amazing and our room was immaculately cleaned every day. "The major problem of this hotel is the rudeness of the staff. We were told rude things, ignored, cut off from talking, had eyes rolled at us, etc. Nobody offers to help around this place. Most of the workers should not be in the service industry!! Food selection and taste waa absolutely horrible.
