First, there is no safe or mini-bar fridge in any of their rooms like they state in their amenities they have. The food was terrible, and the menu had very little to choose from. Majority of their staff speak little or no English or even understand it. Very hard to communicate with people when they do not understand your language. Music at pool side was so loud, you could not even talk to a person sitting beside you. They ran out of cola, beer, malta , and lemon-limon for three days. Bartenders did not even know how to make a cubra-libra drink.
