"Clean and well stocked "

"Very nice! We had a few issues with figuring out how fans worked, how air conditioning worked. Bed was ok. Bathroom needs a grab bar but I’m told that will be coming when remodeled. Host attentive"

"It was not at all like the pictures that I saw online. The kitchen had nothing maintained as far as utensils cups coffee cups. There was literally one coffee cup. The bathroom was dirty. The ceilings had what look like black mold coming out of the fans I definitely would not stay here again. The area is beautiful. It’s a great location within walking distance some great restaurants. The backyard was not maintained to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Just not a place. I would rent again. "

"We booked a short stay and this property did not disappoint. Very close to the central Dunedin hot-spots with great food and drinks. The property is well maintained, very clean, with great amenities including plenty of parking. Management communication and the check-in process was as good and easy and it gets. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!"
