On the ground floor you'll find a classic Mallorcan-style bedroom, a bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace with mountain views. The house offers 120 m² of living space and sits on a 6,900 m² plot.



In the village of San Joan, a traditional Mallorcan market takes place every Wednesday, along with grocery shops, cafés, and restaurants.



Upon arrival, the local tourist eco-tax must be paid, as required by local regulations (for an extra fee).
