Beautifully Appointed Cape Cod near Local Beaches - Sleeps 7

Sunny four season room opens to private back yard with large fire pit. Nicely equipped kitchen overlooks living-dining area and features brand new counter tops and appliances. Master bedroom is located on the main floor with full bath just across the hall. Second floor has been completely renovated with new wood floors and full bath. Lower level has a finished rec room with Foosball table and extra room for rainy day fun. Furnishings were chosen with a modern flair and everything is picture perfect!

THE LOCATION

Tunnel Park is less than one mile away and Holland State Park is just two miles. Enjoy the bikes provided and explore the miles of paths along Lakeshore Drive. Kayak and paddle board rentals are available as well on nearby lake Macatawa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood, great location for us
We found the house to be as described. It was clean and well supplied. The generous amounts of consumable items like laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc were appreciated. Also enjoyed having plenty of bath towels and beach towels included. Other positives: Very fast internet connection Bikes, we brought our own, but the included bikes were typical consumer bikes like Schwinn, roadmaster and in very good shape. Use of the garage and remote Backyard and fire pit feel very private Great location, we rode our bikes everyday to tunnel beach or Ottawa beach and just around the many trails Could be better: Living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable Some of the carpets could use a deep cleaning Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would stay there again

Holland Getaway
This property was a great location for seeing Holland and Saugatuck. We were able to experience the sights and attractions that both towns had to offer. The house had plenty of room for us to enjoy leisurely mornings and evenings after a full day out and about. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying s'mores around the firepit.

This property was a great place to reconnect with family. It was very clean. We loved using the bikes to explore the neighborhood and Lake Michigan. It's close to the lake, that was the best part. Would stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend
Myself and three friends vacationed here over the Labor Day holiday for a Bachelorette Party weekend. The property is in a residential area, very quiet and conveniently located to Tunnel Park. The property is a short drive (20 minutes) to Downtown Holland, Saugutuck, and Douglas. This property affords you ample space for leisure and leaves you feeling at home. We had beautiful weather to enjoy the sprawling outdoor space in the back. Would strongly suggest having your morning coffee in the sunroom or on the back deck and enjoying the privacy and sounds of nature! Would definitely go back for another stay in the future.

Great rental property
Great property, walking distance to tunnel beach, great with 2 small kids. Basement area they could run around and play in with some toys and games. Short drive to downtown Holland. Sunroom was nice during the day but would not be great for a bedroom as there are no curtains to block out the light.
