Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast great. Unfortunately, I chose to stay there because they have a whirlpool. After checking in , Sign on door read pool out of order. I asked if whirlpool was out of order, front desk clerk replied “I don’t know, I guess,”. And made no effort to check. Disappointing!

This hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel needs updated. The carpeting entering our room was torn and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. An overall update would be good considering the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express right beside it looked more inviting.

The hotel itself is great, but the staff are exceptional. We encountered a minor problem that was no fault of the hotel, and the staff generously went above and beyond to resolve it in a way that far exceeded our expectations. I would gladly stay again!

Absolutely loved the hotel! It has been beautifully renovated and is very modern and stylish inside. Everything about our stay was 5 stars—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the service at the bar/restaurant. We dined outside twice, and both times the service was extremely slow, despite it not being very busy. That said, we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend overall!

The housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived on Sunday. The information sheet we received had breakfast at 6am on Monday. We arrived in the lobby at 6:30 and served ourselves breakfast. As we were filling our plates, a member of the staff turned off the lights over the food area. When I asked the front desk person why the lights were turned off, he said breakfast was at 7am because of Labor Day. Noone communicated this to us on Sunday when we checked in.
