"The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection? After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. "The staff was great. Tiffany was very helpful. They offered not only a breakfast buffet but a dinner as well. Free for all customers . I would absolutely stay again. Very quiet in our room. The carpets are in need of cleaning or removing is my only complaint; but they were not that bad. Absolutely a great place to stay."

"I liked that the hotel is close to HWY 55. The room was mostly clean, except, a chair in room 200 has questionable stains. Ugh."
