"It was the worse experience in my life. Unfriendly lady in property, she stole our money, didnt give us accomodation and left quickly with her car. She left us alone there, in front of her house, with animals walking around, in a dirty place. She was rude, she cheated. Such place should not be authorized to give tourist service. Big shock. My friend got almost heart attack and she couldnt sleep that night. We had to move to another place."

"Der Aufenthalt hätte gut werden können. Leider gab es gleich zu Beginn eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel konnte uns als gebuchte Gäste kein Essen zum Abend anbieten. Es wären keine Plätze mehr frei. Okay. Kann man so oder so sehen. Auf Nachfragen nach zumindest einer Portionen Pommes zum mitnehmen wurde nur hämisch gelacht und vereint. Nach einer Anstrengenden Tageswanderung in einem kleinen Ort ohne öffentlichen Nahverkehr am Sonntag waren wir froh, in der anderen Gaststätte sehr freundlich...

"Als in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass wir Monteurzimmer gebucht haben, waren wir schon auf Schlimmeres vorbereitet, allerdings wurde das leider noch übertroffen. Das Angebot stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, jeder Bettbezug unterschiedlich, okay damit kann man leben… Aber es gibt nur Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten, das sollte schon erwähnt werden! Apres appel du numéro affiché sur la porte en cas d'absence une personne est venu me proposer une chambre dans une autre résidence pas du tout en lien avec la réservation que j'avais passé. "Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar eine Sauna inklusive Außendusche, Liegen auf der Terrasse und Saunatüchern waren vorhanden. Alles ist beschriftet und gut vorbereitet. Sogar das Holz für den Ofen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und An- und Abreise waren total unkompliziert."
