"I’ll start with the positive. The unit itself was updated and decorated simple. The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves...

"The apartment is bigger than I thought from the pictures. Everything was great! From a well stocked kitchen, to comfortable bed and couch, to the full size washer/ dryer AND dishwasher. Way better than any hotel in the area. Parking was a dream, too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We had an amazing stay at this 2 bedroom apartment in Derry! The home was spotless and well appointed, with comfy furniture and beds. We also took advantage of the in-home gym. Richie and Lisa, the hosts, were highly responsive and kind, which made the stay even better. Derry is close to a number of great attractions, including Canobie Lake Park and Manchester.
