"Ingen reception, och det tog tid att få (skriftliga)knapphändiga instruktioner att checka in med. Mycket litet rum som inte hade sängbord eller papperskorg. Inte ens på toaletten. Varmvattenkranen i handfatet fungerade inte. Man fick en badhandduk, men ingen handhandduk eller golvhandduk, vilket hade behövts. Det blev väldigt blött efter dusch. "My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Bymose Hegn. The people and service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do! Swimming, soccer, volleyball, billiards, ping pong, darts, and much more! And the breakfast was great!!! I will definitely be coming again if the opportunity arises. "

An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. "Amazing location, gardens and lounges take advantage of the sea view, sauna is great. The restaurant is really good, and even without a reservation they will make space for hotel guests. Wine o'clock is 4-5 every day, when guests are given a glass of wine grown by the family in Mallorca. Visited midsummer at their busiest and it was sometimes hard to get staff's attention. Also could really have used having water more easily available, not having to queue at the bar every time. But overall would definitely recommend."

"A lovely property and very private. Check-in was very easy. Bedrooms are a bit small, but bathrooms and kitchen are large and efficient. The house overall was well appointed and bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were very clean. The common areas and windows could have used to look a bit more cleaning. Billiards, indoor pool and sauna add value. Could use some umbrellas for shade on otherwise very lovely deck. A great stay and would recommend house. "
