"Since they have just reopened the parking was grest not very many guests staying. However if they had more guest's then there would be enough parking for all. They still have some work to do to make this place great but given some time it will. The view from our room was gorgeous. Right on the water. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a book of places to go and eat for those who are from out of town but I would definitely come back. "

"Big house with lots of amenities and well stocked. The host was very responsive when the check in process was not timely due to a cleaning service delay. I really appreciated his attentiveness to the issue. The location is beautiful. The sand can be a little much but you have to learn to deal with it coming in and out of the house. My granddaughters loved building sand castles in the morning and skipping rocks in the bay in the afternoon. "

"This is a beautiful property. The home was welcoming and warm after a cold travel day. And the ease to get up and walk the beach in mere minutes was delightful. The home is located in a neighborhood which made the beach access feel exclusive as it was hardly anyone out (it’s still quite cold now so maybe summers are different) There’s a small mud/shower room available as you come back from the beach to clean off before entering which was much needed. I will be visiting again to enjoy a peaceful weekend getaway."

"Everything was wonderful. Great kitchen, large bedrooms. Awesome game room. We used the pool table a lot. Walk out the back door and you are within a couple hundred yards of the beach. The view is awesome. You can see the ocean from any ocean facing room in the house."

"The host was very accessible. The rental was clean and everything worked. The refrigerator had problems, but this problem was remedied right away. Good location (with the exception of Hwy 101 noise and traffic being so close). The beach and the town were wonderful."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only concern was the bbq grill. It was not clean,but we may have been the first people to use it in some time, and the lighter is empty.The rust has made it unstable, it appears that the top is not connected to the base. I worry that it may be dangerous for families with little children.Thank you for quickly addressing the cold hot tub. The hot tub guy was prompt and friendly. Overall awesome time. Thank you for sharing the house for an excellent vacation."
