"It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay."

"The owner was quick to respond, the place was great, pool amazing, access to beach perfect and not crowded at ALL on Monday. The only thing that would deter me from staying here again would be the location. Some people like to be a little further away from hotels (normally me), but in this case the distance, perhaps made it feel a little unsafe. On Sunday night there were gunshots outside of the resort. I never heard any police sirens so I am assuming everybody was fine with this normal...

"Our accommodations were basically good. We got an early check-in. We were missing hand soap and dish soap but when I called they had a bag of supplies hanging on our door the next morning. I pictures were fairly accurate, the location good and as stated. My only complaint as far as cleaning was the bath/shower surround. They had the sliding doors on tracks. "The view was awesome! I love that they have a little breakfast nook and kitchen where you can enjoy the view as well. The place was very clean and well maintained. I wish there had been cooking oil on site but I'm sure it just depends on what is there at any given time so I would check what they have before totally settling in if you plan to cook there. "We had a wonderful stay at a clean roomy condo on the beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exactly as he described. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. I would definitely rent from Mitchell Properties again. I felt trust and relaxed. And it was beautiful!"

"Great small hotel a bit older but the room I was in was remodeled with new flooring and bathroom and cozy beds. It also had a apt side refrigerator and oven /stove combo with microwave and coffee pot. Very roomy room . Easy walk through gate to pool and to the beach. Daytona is five minute south and Flagler Beach is 5 to 8 min North. Cute stores, eating ,fishing pier and parks with in a 5 minute ride. "
