"Overall, the stay wasn't bad. There is a view of the ocean from any room, which is nice. The staff was always cleaning, and the hotel was extremely clean. We were disappointed in the "tiki hut", which wasn't a hut at all, it's an inside restaurant/bar next to the pool. Unfortunately they closed at 11am each day while we were there, so we couldn't get food or drinks after 11am. If you're looking for a true outdoor "tiki hut", this isn't it. "

"This hotel is extremely over priced for the condition it’s in!!! The carpet in the room was actually slimy, the bathtub leaked and was rusty around the drain. The so called balcony is a whole different issue!! Besides the fact that it was 6 inches wide the railing was so rusty it was scary. I think that people expect more from the Hilton if for no other reason but for the 300+ a night that they charge!!!! I def won’t be staying here again!!"

"Don’t go! Seems like property is in business with a towing company, Universal Towing (see BBB reviews) to tow your car based on license plate sticker date (without checking with owner if there was a delay by DMV). They are not the DMV or police and have no authority. As long as one has registered the license plate during check in, it should not be towed. The towing company forces only (high) cash payments."
