"We loved the room, the bed was comfy and parking was easy. GREAT breakfast of REAL eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and a selection of fruits, yogurts, etc. Waffle maker too. Easy access to downtown Historic District and lots of great restaurants & shops. Clean except outside trashcans would get to overflowing & the pool was under "maintenance" all 4 days we were there so, I would check to see if you can swim if you have kids."

"A picture in the room fell off the wall and hit me in the head as I walked past it. The pool was waaay too cold. The food, however, was amazing and well served. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the bed"

"Room was very nice, hotel was clean. However one elevator was out of order. We ended up taking the stairs up to and down from the 3rd floor most of the time because there was always such a wait. All of the ice machines were down. The staff was giving out bags of ice like you would buy at a gas station. The “hydration station“ on our floor wasn’t working so I had to go to the fitness room to fill my water bottle. Also, the staff said that breakfast was amazing and the coffee was like “watered-down Folgers.” She had it backwards—the coffee was actually decent but the first day of breakfast was subpar. The second day was okay, but it was definitely not what the front desk made it out to be! But the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean!"

"Easy access to the unit and plenty of parking. large bathroom for getting ready and plenty of room in the rental. Fishing from the boat house was an adventure when one of the fishing rods fell into the lake but Claire acted fast and was determined to help us retrieve it. After several attempts and some creative engineering, we hooked the rod and brought it up! Thanks Claire! You are a jewel!"
