"I booked this one as the special since a wall was not painted. It was taped up nicely and didn't both us at all. I haven't been in Topsail for many years and was nicely surprised not much has changed. Nice location at end of island, private, quiet, and beach was a lovely view. Room was as described. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Bed was easy to sleep on. The entire site was well maintained for the beach and manager was nice along with other vacationers. "I really loved the room! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I loved the view of the ocean! The only thing I would change is the coffee pot. It would have been nice to either have more pods or have a regular pot. Loved our stay!!!"

"The property is beautiful. Clean, chic, and decorated so nicely. My only complaints are that the only mirror in the entire place was the small bathroom mirror and we needed more than that to get ready. The other complaint I had was that there were no Kleenex, only one extra roll of toilet paper, and no paper towels. Very scantily stocked. If I stay here again, I would bring my own vanity mirror. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!"

"We stay at this location every year. There's nothing better than waking up to the sunrise on the ocean. I love that it's also pet-friendly. My girl loves the sea as much as I do. Check-in is very easy and the staff are friendly and accommodating. "
