Wry short walk to beach. Spacious 2000 square foot 2nd row beach rental on Topsail Island in Surf City. Edge of the Sand sleeps 1-10 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Enjoy the ocean view from the upper deck or relax on the lower deck when you need a break from the sun. The house works great for families with children. There is a door to shut off the stairs making it easy to keep small children away from staircase. Two dens, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The first level features a den furnished with a sofa and two chairs providing plenty of sitting room. A flat screen TV and a game table and several board games. Four people can sleep in the den utilizing the queen Murphy bed and the full size Murphy bed.

A large primary suite with a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with tile rain head shower and granite counter top is on the first level along with a laundry room with washer and dryer

The second level features an open concept great room with lots of seating, flat screen TV and views of the ocean from second level. Well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools plus a table with seating for six.

Two bedrooms containing queen size beds and smart TVs are located on the second level. A full bath with tile shower and granite vanity is located across the hall from the two bedrooms.

Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street. There is an enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water for you to rinse off the sand. Please note that the outside shower is turned off during the winter months (November - April) due to the possibility of outside freezing temperatures. TV and high-speed wireless internet are provided for the time you spend indoors. There is key-less entry to avoid the hassle of “checking in” or getting “locked out”.

Surf City, NC is a nice, quiet family beach town located on Topsail Island. You will find sandy beaches, various water activities, a pier, fishing, boat access, fish markets, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, surf shops, gift shops, etc. You can rent boats, wave runners, paddle boards, surfboards, bicycles, kayaks and any other beach equipment you may need at several locations on the island.

At Edge of the Sand you can enjoy the peace and quiet of being away from it all yet are still just minutes from shopping, dining and other activities. You can escape the overcrowded beaches with all of the high-rise hotels, but still be close enough to the city to enjoy all the amenities that it offers. Wilmington is just 35 minutes away and offers many fine restaurants and shops, along with an international airport (ILM). This North Carolina Coastal paradise has something for everyone.
