Oceanfront home with ocean views, beach access, tanning deck & private elevator

Chambless at Ease is a truly relaxing oceanfront vacation destination. With an elevator, multiple living areas, and a lower-level game room, this unique home offers ample space to spread out, kick back, and have the time of their life. The two oceanfront decks span the width of the house with terrific views. A third tanning deck is at the top of the dune, and private beach access leads to the white sand below. On the way back to the house, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Dry your wet swimsuits on the handy clothesline hidden from view under the upper staircase.

On the lower level, the main entrance leads into a light-filled foyer. A private elevator transports you and your luggage to any floor. The garage bay is also on this level and includes a storage area that has provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and grills. At the rear of the bay, a game area offers ample seating, a portable stereo, a ping-pong table, and a refrigerator. An adjacent full bath adds convenience.

On the main level, find laundry facilities and access to the elevator. The open and spacious great room has many windows and a door to the deck, which boasts incredible ocean views.

The kitchen is chock full of cabinets and has a long breakfast bar with seating. A surplus of pans and cookware will please the chef in your group. Appliances include a refrigerator with an ice maker, smooth-top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, mixer, double toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, and teapot. The dining room has wood laminate floors and ocean-view dining at a long rectangular table surrounded by windows. Enjoy a home-cooked meal with a view that challenges most restaurants.

A small sitting area has comfortable furnishings arranged in view of the entertainment center. A narrow wicker table doubles as a desk, perfect for jotting a quick postcard. The top level has a second living area, elevator access, and an oceanfront deck - step through the sliding door to drink in the view.

The primary suite is just off the living room. Stretch out on the bed and enjoy the incredible ocean views. The private tiled bath has a dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower with two built-in seats and sliding glass doors. Two guest bedrooms also showcase spectacular ocean vistas.
