Enjoy a spacious beach/oceanfront luxury home (2000 sq. feet) on the prime beach. Surf City’s beach is just off the deck! With no streets between you and the sand, this is beach living at its best! Our home is located 3 blocks from the center of town/fishing pier. You can park your car and forget about driving. We have about 15 different eateries, bars with live music, and a food market within a 5-minute walk.

Catie’s Cove offers 4 very generous bedrooms stylishly furnished and over 2000 square feet of relaxation space. You and your group will find your vacation more enjoyable because our home is larger than most of the 4 bedroom houses (and even some of the 5-bedroom ones) for rent, because you’ll have plenty of space to gather and to relax!

The top floor offers an open space living area for dining, a relaxing living space with a new sofa, a new rug, a bookshelf with lots of books, games & puzzles, a kitchen, a top floor bedroom, a bathroom, and an outside covered deck with new deck chairs

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that provides dish soap, NEW LG dishwasher detergent, trash bags, kitchen sponge & dish towels, and potholders, (awesome cookware, blender, Krupp’s & Mr. Coffee machine, 4 sides toast/bagel toaster, pancake grill, and crockpot, fun beach dishes, plenty of barware! Open floor plan so you never miss any action inside or outside on the beach!

The top floor bedroom offers everything tots & teens will love in a spacious room featuring two twins over queen bunk beds and two trundle beds. Plus, memory bean bag chairs can be turned into a full-size bed.

The middle floor has 2 bedrooms and a new washer/dryer closet:

1st bedroom - The Oceanfront Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large luxury sitting area with a sofa sleeper, a 50" Roku with BluRay/DVD player, and a spacious bathroom (dual sinks, shower with body sprays). The deck off the master offers deck chairs to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Also, an additional exterior shower/foot spray to rinse the sand off before entering the home. Plus, a deck box full of sand toys, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs (4)

2nd bedroom - The Queen bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a sofa sleeper, TV/Roku, and a private bathroom. There is plenty of room to relax and lots of storage space.

Our NEW LG Washer and NEW LG Dryer are provided with laundry detergent for you to use. The iron and ironing board are hanging in the laundry area. Also, we provide our guests with hand soap

The bottom-floor bedroom was converted from a lobby to a queen bedroom. This queen bedroom features a closet and a barn door. Sorry, there is no bathroom on this



Outside on bottom - Fully enclosed shower with hot & cold water, BBQ grill with propane, picnic table, and swings,
