I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Germantown, Tennessee, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location—close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive into Memphis.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I did notice that the rooms could use a bit of an update. A fresh coat of paint and some modern touches would go a long way in improving the overall feel.
The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a decent variety of options to start the day.

"I’ve been staying here for 57 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. One of a kind staff. It’s on campus and walking distance to the Square; if you don’t want to walk, they’ll shuttle you. I’ve had them drive me to pick up takeout and back to avoid having to find parking. Highly recommend! Thank you, Inn at Ole Miss. You never disappoint. "

"Went to visit family. Was greeted by staff upon arrival and was checked in quickly. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom is nice and clean as well. Beds are super comfy. It was like we were sleeping on a cloud. Duvets should be clipped by the corners though, the duvet kept moving around clumping in the cover, but it’s manageable. It’s a hotel and they’re constantly changing and washing so it’s understandable.
Your stay comes with breakfast but it was unavailable when I stayed so I’m unsure what they offer.
Parking loops around the building and I loved it. I was able to see our vehicle from our window. The area was pretty safe though. Sheriffs would be outside at night patrolling sometimes also.
Overall experience was excellent. Room and staff was good. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time i need to visit Memphis.

"My stay was great. The staff was very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The hotel even has a laundry facility and a fitness room. It was so nice that I stayed an extra day just to relax and enjoy the amenities."
