The room was not 100%clean and my balcony View was not the greatest but the worse was the seaweed at the beach.We spend more time in the pool that in the sea.

This property is stunning. From the moment you walk in it is absolutely breathtaking. We had a beautiful time and will certainly return. Stefanie at the pool is amazing and she deserves a medal and a raise for how hard she works!

Our room was advertised as “luxury.” It was definitely not. The bathroom seemed to be updated but the rest of the room felt rundown, old and dirty. Way too crowded-lots of people go there for the day to use the beach and pool. Our room was so far away from the beach that we weren’t able to use the facilities. The resort fee in addition to the room rate was too much and totally not worth it. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. Also—worth noting, it is a card only business, no cash accepted anywhere.

This was my first time staying here. It was WONDERFUL !!!! I’d stay again for sure. I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite just for being a member/my original room not being ready upon arrival. The staff was friendly, gracious. The resort is directly across the street from the beach. One-two minutes, you’re on the beach, depending on how fast you walk lol, I saw some reviews about the elevators. There’s only one designated to Nube; rightfully so bc they get a lot of traffic. The other elevators are pretty fast though. The rooftop restaurant nube was awesome ! Drinks were veryyyy good. Room was very clean as well, had a nice sized balcony. Master bedroom/bathroom; half bath near the entrance, living room. Full sized kitchen. I only used the microwave. The room felt like an apartment. I really enjoyed my stay here :)
