"Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Reassuring security measures. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed (proper mugs rather than paper cups were a nice touch), as did the bathroom.
I didn't use the bistro or the pool, but they both looked pleasant.
The location is handy for buses and the Metro station, and many interesting or necessary places are easily accessible through those or on foot.
The only downside was the poor wifi, which caused some problems. Aside from that, I thoroughly recommend this hotel."
