A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. The lounge is great but could do with another arm chair to make it more comfortable for 4 adults and a couple of folding chairs for the yard would be handy. "Overall it’s a nice little property, just as described. It could benefit from having some curtains fitted rather than white blinds that don’t block any sunlight in the morning but other than that there were no issues"

"A little gem. Beautiful decor and finished to a high standard. Extremely clean and lovely little touches in the room such as chocolates and tea making facilities . Nearby to centre and walking distance to Piece Hall. Will definitely book again if coming to stay in Halifax. "

"Awful place! Group of 8 frriends stayed. Only space for 1 car on drive, if you park on the street you will get a ticket (a friend did). Everything about the house felt cheap. En suite shower pressure was poor, water from tap spraying, no bath towels just had towels, wallpaper has been torn, the back garden has not had the grass cut!
