"Clean and comfortable. Efficiency booked into hotel. We used the pool, which was a little grunby around the rim. Only slight niggle would be paying to park for the night £8. Hotel is in a pleasant area with a marina and parkland around it."

"Stayed for 2 nights after a cruise. The hotel is in Terminal 4 at LHR and easy to get to; however, you need to select the correct bus to get there. We thought we had a free one, but found that it was not. By that time we were too tired to change buses and simply paid the fare. Breakfast was excellent; dinner menu could be improved with more standard offerings. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Will likely stay there again. "

"The staff was helpful. They made sure I was able to secure a taxi for 4am the next day which I needed to be able to make my flight. The waiter keegan at the restaurant was very polite and attentive. The whole experience was very positive. "
