"No chair in the room. Only had a bed to sit on! Bathroom was tiny, barely had room to turn around. Shower had a curtain and showering left water all over the floor in the bathroom. Sink was extremely small and lacked water pressure. No ice machine on the property. We would not recommend this property!"

"our only bad experience was the bathroom, no grab bars in the bathtub as we were elderly people in our 80s. It was hard getting in the tub. Also, the sink was very slow. We told Dan about it and he was going to have somebody come and fix it but nobody ever showed. The view and the beach were absolutely wonderful."

"They have remodeled since my last stay. The room we occupied was fresh and nicely done. My only critique - they need to have a "finish person" go through and detail the room. Little things that caught my eye - very expensive shutter type blinds that didn't close properly (gap) and kept rolling open. Plus someone ran a screw through the trim board, busted out a piece of wood and just left it. Some touch up with caulk, paint and grout needs to be done as well. The details matter. Staff was excellent, especially Brandi !!! We also had breakfast and lunch in their cafe. Great service and very good food. Overall, very nice stay and we will continue to come back."

"Great clean room, fridge inside and TV. We did not use pool, there was no need the property is a block away from the beach all the restaurants and stores- very convenient! Great service and promptly responsive service. Grateful for that. Overall I would recommend!"

"All of the beds were hard as a rock and found what looked like blood on a twin bed. We moved from the king bed to the twin sized beds hoping they would be softer. NOT. The master BR had an old and monstrous wooden frame that caused several bruises on my wife and I. The bed cracked from movement that it woke both of us when we moved on it. The fan only had one speed and was so loud that we had to shut off. All the furniture was old and wore out. All the cooking pans were outdated and could not be used without your food sticking to them. The door ice maker was not working well and had to buy ice. The pull cart for the beach was old, ripped, and was hard to pull in the sand. The air conditioner could not keep up with the heat and it was only 79 degrees most of the time. The only good part was the pool. The exterior was well landscaped too. The owner asked us to give up our tv remote and give it to our neighbor because theirs was stolen. It had old appliances and the dishwasher was rusted out. We also never received the correct code for the push button front door and had to use the key to unlock the front door. There were several beach chairs in storage but half were broken. We tried to reach out to the owner during our stay but never received an explanation why the furniture was so old and damaged."

"We had the best time! We were close to the beach, our place was as described, beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We were close to everything and our host was responsive. "
