Welcome to Coconut Cottage #2, an inviting ground-level condo just a minute’s walk from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The bright and airy living area gives you and your guests a great place to relax, watch tv, and connect over effortless conversations. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. There is a kitchen table for quick meals and an outdoor table for you and your guests to enjoy the island breeze as you dig into your inspired-island meals or Anna Maria Island take-out.

The primary bedroom will make you feel like you never left the beach and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a bright and warm atmosphere to ensure a smile on your guest’s face. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for mid-day entertainment. The hallway bathroom features a shower and tub combination perfect for refreshing after a long day of Anna Maria Island activities. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Relax in your private backyard, where you and your guests can make a splash in the pool, lounge in the sun, and grill fresh, locally caught seafood. This rental is just a short walk away from Manatee Beach. Spend countless hours floating in the beautiful turquoise water and feel the warm sand cover your feet as you walk up to the tiki bar and beach café. If you plan on traveling with a large group, the Coconut Cottages have three other condos available for rent! Have the time of your life on Anna Maria Island and make memories that will last a lifetime.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

A great location, close to the beach, the restaurants and the grocery store. Easy to get in and out and very quiet at night. My seven-year-old really loved the pool. We love the fact it only took us a minute and a half to get to the beach.

This cozy cottage delivered everything that was advertised! Located just a block from the beach and within easy walking distance to food choices, grocery, and free shuttle for all island access. The cottage is clean, the beds comfortable, and has everything you need, in a quiet location. We’d love to come back!!

Loved our stay at this property. It is 1 block away from the beach and was very clean. The living/kithchen area is small and may not accommodate a larger family but we made it work.

We had a great stay in the cottage. Comfortable beds and nice pool. Well decorated and one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Only suggestions would be to add another comfy chair or two and a clothes line for wet bathing suits and towels. We will definitely come back to stay!

Nice small place with private pool. I would have preferred to stay away from the public beach, very crowded. Definitely will never book through VRBO again, Save yourself houndresds of dollars book directly through AMI locals.

We had such a fun time in Anna Maria! Our cottage was perfect for us - gave us some space and the location was wonderful! We loved being able to walk to the beach, groceries, ice cream, etc. Our boys loved the private pool and bunk beds! We hope to come back and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage #2. It was clean and cute! Close walk to the beach. My only complaint is trying to keep the shower one temperature was a struggle, but definitely not a deal breaker! We would stay again!

Coconut cottage #2 was a very clean place to stay. Everything inside the property was well kept, nicely decorated and cozy. Andrea was very accommodating. We had a great time with the family and enjoyed the house, the pool and loved the island. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island to explore. We will definitely be back soon.

Our trip was amazing, the house itself was very clean upon arrival, beds comfy and kitchen fully equipped. We arrived on a rainy afternoon, and shortly after our arrival our kids jumped into the heated pool because it was that warm! The pool was amazing to have for our young kids and the property was a few steps to the beach!! Having skinny’s right next door was amazing as well for a quick bite to eat with fussy toddlers…this house had everything and more! We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It was very clean, quiet and conveniently located to everything, especially the beach! The private heated pool was nice to float and relax in after a day at the beach. Lisa was very helpful and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. They were also very accommodating to our dog that we were traveling with! This property has everything that you will need for a great week at the beach, we will definitely consider returning to this property again!

AMI (Anna Maria Island) Coconut Cottage #2 (between Skinny's and the Publix grocery store) Stay: 3/26/23-4/2/23 We had two small families (2 parents & 1 child each) stay at this location. The location itself is wonderful. Directly beside Skinny's for burgers and beer, 1.5 blocks from the beach (seriously short walk), and close to the trolley stop and on beach café. The property itself was exactly as it was promoted, clean, normal household items, and the private pool was amazing for lounging around with our loved ones.......

We had a great time at CC2! We had a little snafu with the pool alarm when we arrived late at night, but it was resolved. The house is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed and so close to the beach. Great spot to vacay with the fam! And the pool—oh my gosh. The greatest feature of the house. We loved having that right outside our door and all to ourselves!

Unit 2 was perfect for our group of 6 - 4 adults, 2 kids. It was decorated so cute and was exactly as represented on VRBO. The unit was very clean. There were plenty of bath towels for our group and an added bonus of pool towels. We really enjoyed the personal pool. The location was better than expected. Literally 1 block off the beach!! And so close to all-you-can-eat pancakes on the beach. The beach was clean as well. Had never been to Anna Maria Beach - and we will certainly be back. Hope to stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The location was perfect and loved the little pool. The downfall was the distrusting mildew in both bathrooms. As soon as we checked in we called and asked that they be cleaned. That never happened and instead we went to Publix and bought Clorox Mildew Remover and doused both bathrooms. One mostly came clean and the other still had mildew on the inside and outsiders when we left. If we are a clean freak, this unit may not be the place for you. Also, the floors always felt dirty, so make sure to have indoor shoes to wear.

Gorgeous home located across the street from the beach. Home is stocked with everything you'll need (extra towels, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill). Property manager Valerie was very prompt in returning emails! We had to stay an unexpected extra day and she helped us book without any hassles. She was truly a life saver that day! Best part was the fenced in private pool after a long day at the beach. Wished we could of stayed longer and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us on our family vacation.

Loved the location and the pool was so nice to come home to. Just a few maintenance issues with dryer not working and outdoor shower either. Owner was quick to remedy things or let us know if something could be done. I also would suggest some mats going in. Going from pool to inside makes for a slippery surface. Thankfully no one hurt. Put down towels as there is a lot of towels in the home for you. We cooked a few meals and found enough things in kitchen for utensils and pans. Would stay again!

We had a great time at this home. The location is perfect being in the center of the island. A beautiful beach is less than a block away, it's just a short walk to the trolley stop, next door to the burger joint, and so close to AMI beach cafe where we had way too many of our meals. Oh and a quick walk to the grocery store! Seriously couldn't have picked a better location. We explored the north and the south of the island easily too. We had a light-sleeping kid with us and there's a vent above each door that goes into the main living space but this wasn't really a problem because we just spent those hours hanging out on the beautiful patio. I wouldn't suggest having a crowd of more than 6-8 people (we had 4.5) just because it's a smaller space. But if you only use the space as a launch pad to explore AMI, it's perfect. The property management is easily accessible, accommodating, and quick to respond to anything that arises. Thanks SO much!
