Quiet and great location!

We loved this property! Easy access to the beach and a well stocked kitchen. Pictures are very accurate. Would love to book next year, but the price is almost doubling, which is too bad. The pool is warm and the outdoor area is relaxing. We had everything we needed, including a wagon, chairs, and umbrella. We had a great time. Highly recommended!!

Great house and location

This house was perfect for us. We will stay again. Property was clean and great location. The 3rd bedroom is a “mother in law suite” and does not have direct access to the house other than the front door (unclear to us when we booked but worked out for the best). The walk to the beach was just a few minutes, tops. The pool area was great. Pool was warm and well lit at night. We were very happy with this vacation spot.

Pure Beach

This was Avery nice property. Great cooking utensils and equipment. Enjoyed the pool area and the ping pong table was a great bonus. Beds were comfortable plenty of seating in common area and dining room. My only recommendations is the landscape lighting by the pool needs some attention as some were out and some were knocked over. I would also recommend the area rugs in house could use a good cleaning, kind of dingy . Overall this was a great house and so close to the beach.. we had a great time..

Great location to beach and island in general.

House was great location to beach and Island area: stores, etc… No great access from house to pool expert through master bedroom or going out and down and around the house from upstairs and downstairs suite. Inconvenient of washer and dryer in garage. Not sure if this could be relocated to upstairs. Pool was set on spa mode when we arrived 95degrees. We called and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Great response and communication from property management.

AMI Experience

Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay. Anna Maria Island is very cool. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach as well as the pool in the backyard. Great to have the options. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the Island and you can really walk to most of them if you want to.

We absolutely LOVED this home!

We had never been to Anna Maria Island before and chose this for our Spring Break family vacation. So close to the beach no need to drive! The location was close to shopping and food as well. The management team stayed in contact with us and made everything very welcoming. Easy access to the home, clean heated pool and clean home. We would love to come back sometime and visit again!

Great location/home best for older kids

The location is perfect- 1 block from the beach entrance. Pool- like bath water , but beautiful setting out back & great in afternoon/evening. Downstairs bedroom- access outside & separate from rest of house. Walk up 2 flights of stairs to main living area where 2 bedrooms, kitchen, & smaller family room are. Nice ping pong table, chairs & wagon in garage. Would stay again, but if I had young kids, I wouldn’t want this set up.

Holmes Beach Stay

Had a wonderful time with my family at this property. The walk to the beach was very quick and we loved using the pool and ping pong table in the garage. The place could have been cleaner in certain areas and one of the bedrooms had a different entrance than the rest of the house but otherwise it was a great stay.

Great location, great pool

Great B location. Only 1 block from the gulf. Backyard was great with a private pool. Had everything we needed. Listing didn't mention there was a ping pong table, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, floats etc, which was a nice surprise. Would help to know that because we wouldn't have brought our chairs. The listing did not specify that the 3rd bedroom snd bath is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. It worked out ok for us because our 2 kids are 17 and 20yrs but not ideal. It would not be ok if a family with young kids arrived not knowing that detail. Needs to be specified in the listing. Overall a great experience and would rent this house again.
