  • Gulf Breeze is a cozy Key West style coastal cottage ideally located 150 steps to the beautiful white sand beach. The property is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a very comfortable king bed that is ideal for island getaways. One of just a few one bedroom villas on the island with completely private heated pool. The pool is heated to 85 degrees weather permitting. Come home from the beach and unwind by the pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy dining alfresco on the private patio. Relax with a lovely glass of wine, read a book or simply enjoy listening to the waves on the patio swing. The free Island trolley stop is directly across the street that will take you from one end of the island to the other. The ever popular Monkey Bus provides free "trips for tips" and offer door to door service. Our villa is located in the middle and most desirable, residential areas on the quieter north end of Anna Maria Island. Our beach house is surrounded by beautiful custom homes steps to the beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was decorated beautifully and updated and modern. It was immaculate.We rode the bikes and swam in the private pool almost daily. The beach was steps away from the property. Jeannine, our host, was so friendly and helpful! I have been recommending this spot to all my friends and family. We had a blast!

Everything was perfect! The pool was heated , property clean and kitchen well stocked with the utensils we needed, Host was very responsive when we asked for recommendations around the area. Would definitely go back!

Enjoyed our stay, the location was great! Close to trolley stop and beach access. Unfortunately the weather was poor the entire week so didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool. The host was very nice and was very helpful.

Beautiful location, close to beach! Chairs, umbrella and wagon very used every day. Cute little place, very private pool, which was wonderful!! Trolley was the way to go to get around based on parking and traffic. Had a great week!

Vacation in paradise

The house was cute. It was very clean when we got there. It was a great stay for my wife and I. The backyard was beautiful and secluded with all the palms. Pool was very nice. Great location and great accommodations.

We stayed week of January 13th - 20th and the house was as described. Very comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach gear provided. Weather was a little cool but we still had a few sunny days on the beach. The owner was very accessible and was a pleasure to meet.

Holmes Beach One Bedroom Fantastic!

We have stayed in this vicinity previously. Great private pool. Large king bed. One bath. All pool and beach toys, bikes provided. Great location (about one block from the Beach Bistro). Will definitively stay at this location again. Owner is very helpful and friendly!

We went to celebrate our anniversary. Rental is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to beach, comfortable bed, full appliances and outdoor grill for cooking/eating in, beach chairs/umbrella that were provided were much appreciated! Friendly, helpful host. Backyard with trees gives it a private feeling. Private pool was great! We had a great time and definitely recommend!!

Such a wonderful home!

My husband and I stayed for a week and we fell in love with the home and area! The house is so close to the beach. When you are done at the beach you can always relax in the pool. The host is so helpful and informative. She directed us to the best restaurants in the area which was super helpful. If you are looking to relax in a cozy beach home, this home is the right one for you.

Wonderful week in paradise!

As described, nice quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach access, and the private heated back yard pool. The weather was not the best for the beach during our stay, so we took advantage of the pool, which is private and sheltered, so those windy days didn't matter. Still did daily walks on the beach, but spent our time by the pool. Great location, walked to local bar/ restaurants, trolley stop, etc. Jeannine, the host, is super and caring, will definitely be staying here again.
