The first problem was, having paid the deposit, finding that a fee of 3% was payable for payment by debit/credit card. Morally & ethically wrong & utterly iniquitous! Such a fee has never been imposed over the previous 20 years. This is how everybody pays in the UK.Secondly, having entered the apartment, left to go shopping & returned to find the combination lock on the entrance door would not work. We were stuck on the outside with shopping, including frozen food.fortunately I knew the location of your office, which was still open, and you had a key. BUT, this was an issue that you had previously been aware of!Thirdly on the first day we could not have a bath because the plug was faulty. Two of the lights were not working.Darryl had to come & sort matters out, confirming the issue with the door lock.Your staff were always very pleasant & helpful, particularly with early access on arrival, and a later departure time due to our late flight time.We knew we were paying a lot for the accommodation, but anticipated that the standard of accommodation would match the price. Sadly it did not - no doubt a reflection of the very substantial increase in the cost of accommodation since our last visit. The price of food and clothing is also astronomic, being somewhere between 3 & 4 time higher than the UK! Ah well....
