Southern Comfort is located at 403 28th Street in Holmes Beach on a quiet dead end street. This beautiful home is on a canal with direct access to the inter-coastal waterways.
The boat dock is perfect if you plan to rent or bring your own boat to explore or fish our beautiful waters. After a long day at the beach or boating cool off in the private heated pool and enjoy the evening grilling out by the pool.

This four bedroom, three bath recently updated home features a fully stocked updated kitchen with everything you need to prepare family meals. There are 2 living areas, so there is plenty of room for everyone.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom and access to the pool and lanai. The other guest rooms have a queen bed, twin and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.

This location is a perfect for a short stroll to the beach or bayside, you are just a short walk to trolley stops. So park your car and explore our little piece of paradise on the free trolley!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
