Need a getaway? We have the perfect spot for you. Welcome to "Sun & Surf", a direct gulf front condominium on beautiful Anna Maria Island. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium offers all the charm and comforts you will come to expect from a Salty Mermaid Vacation Rental. This unit has no damage from hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perched just steps from the beach, you will have unbeatable access to Anna Maria Island's seven miles of pristine sand and warm Gulf waters. Trade in the hectic work schedule for a stress-free stay, "Sun & Surf" was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. This condo offers one covered parking spot, a shared heated pool, elevator, and a terrific location that is only steps to the beach.

Spend the day down by the pool or searching for shells on the beach, then use the fully equipped kitchen to make a meal everyone will love. "Sun & Surf" is located on the top floor just steps from the elevator. As you enter the unit you are greeted by a welcoming foyer featuring the master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a brand-new Walk-In Shower! The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom that is also shared with the hallway. Just down the hallway is your private brand-new stackable washer and dryer. The open floor plan kitchen and living room is great for relaxing with family. In the Living room there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Head out onto the balcony to take in the ocean views and beautiful sunsets while the day fades away. Use the free high-speed Wi-Fi to send some pictures to your friends back at home, while you unwind with a favorite movie.

You will also be just a short walk from the free air-conditioned trolley that lets you explore the whole island. With mouthwatering dining spots, cute boutiques, and beach adventures at your fingertips, you will not have to go far to dive into the fun!

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees, During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking.*

Fantastic location on Holmes Beach

This condo was accurately portrayed in online photos. Fantastic location on Holmes Beach, close to grocery store and restaurants. The living space and balcony gave us fantastic views of the beach and sounds of the surf. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was older, but clean and well furnished for all cooking needs. Pool area was very nice.
